  Welcome to the website of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, Rural Transformation, Industry & Labour.
The Ministry is the institutional body of the state responsible for the 
formulation, articulation and implementation of all policies and plans relating to Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, Rural Transformation, Industry & Labour. 
The administrative arm of this Ministry is responsible for:
   - The co-ordination of all programmes of the various Departments, Divisions and Units.
  - The maintenance of communication with local, regional and international bodies affecting the functions of the Ministry.
  - The administration of revenue and expenditure transactions approved by Parliament.

The fishing industry in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is expected to expand as the private and public sectors prepare for a boost in the industry with the opening of Rainforest Seafoods to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines later this year. Please click for full details

Minister of Agriculture Saboto Caesar says the Government is continuing to provide income support and other forms of assistance to Farmers who have been impacted by the explosive eruption of La Soufriere Volcano.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries will launch a Community Livelihood Baseline and Assessment Project here later this week. The project will be launched at the Beachcombers Hotel this Thursday, August 12th, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
