The men and women of this entity are dedicated to the task ahead, some of our main tasks and functions are: Maritime Law Enforcement, Fishery Protection, Port Security, Pollution Countermeasures, Search and Rescue (SAR) and Logistic Support to Government and Non-Government organizations among other tasks.  The Coast Guard is also committed to the development of the youths of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines by hosting its annual Youth Development Programme for over twenty three years.  The education of the public is also paramount on the agenda of the Coast Guard.Our organization has been in existence for more than 36 years.  We look at our past with pride and to our future with optimism.
