June 4, 2021, Kingstown - Orwin Small, a Campden Park resident who escaped lawful custody on Saturday 1st May, 2021 is back in custody.
Small was turned over to the authorities by a civilian on Thursday 3rd June, 2021 at the Questelles Police Station.
He had escaped from the Belle Isle Correctional Facility on Saturday 1st May, 2021 while working on the Belle Isle farm. He was serving a two years sentence for burglary.
Superintendent of Prisons, Mr. Timothy Hazelwood wishes to thank the public for their co-operation and assistance during the hunt for Small.
