Welcome Message from the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Colin O. John

I am delighted to welcome you to the official website of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF). I am particularly pleased to be serving as Commissioner of Police at the launch of this website. This is yet another initiative by the police to communicate with all of our stakeholders.

It is the intention of the Royal St. Vincent and Grenadines Police Force to use this website to further ‘bridge’ the divide between the police and the public. The police cannot fight crime in a vacuum; we need the full and continuous support of the general public. Thus, I am optimistic that the public will utilize this website to interact and share information and ideas with us.

This website will apprise the public about the roles and responsibilities of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force which includes but is not limited to:

  • The prevention and detection of crimes
  • Prosecution of offenders
  • Preservation of the Queen’s peace
  • The protection of life and property

As we work to carry out our mandate, I invite you the public to work with us, because together we can rid our beautiful country of crime and violence and usher in a new period of tranquillity and peace for all of our citizens and visitors. Thanks for visiting our website, enjoy your tour as we showcase the services of the hard working men and women of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force. May God continue to bless you!
