On 23.11.2021, Hayden Robinson, 48 years old Labourer of Rose Place was arrested and charged with the offence of Theft.
According to investigations, the Accused allegedly stole one (1) green power saw valued at $600.00ECC and one (1) orange electric drill valued at $400.00ECC - total value $1000.00ECC. The property of a 55 years old Mason of Barrouallie. The incident occurred at Redemption Sharpes on 07.10.21.
On the 23.11.2021, the accused appeared before the Kingstown Magistrate Court to answer the charge and plead not guilty. He was granted bail in the sum of $1500.00 with one (1) surety. The matter was adjourned to 21.02.2022 for trial.
