Roy Johnny, 28 years old Labourer of Biabou was arrested and charged with Grievous Bodily Harm on 23.11.2021 as a consequence of an incident that occurred at Cedars about 7:15 a.m. on 18.11.21.
Investigations carried out by the police revealed that the Accused allegedly unlawfully and maliciously inflicted Grievous Bodily Harm on a 51 years old Farmer of Cedars by stabbing him about his body with a knife.
The Accused appeared before the Kingstown Magistrate Court to answer the charge on 24.11.21 and plead guilty. The matter was adjourned to 26.11.21 and transferred to the Biabou Magistrate Court for facts and sentencing.
