On 24.10.21, the police arrested and charged Jerry Maloney, 48yrs Labourer of Stubbs with the offences of Intimidation and Unlawful Possession of an Offensive Weapon.
According to investigations, the Accused entered upon the premises of Grace Baptiste Church with intent to intimidate the persons(s) therein. The Accused was further charged for having a cutlass in his hand without lawful excuse, in a public place to wit “the Mt. Grenan Public Road”. Both offences were committed on 24.10.2021 in Mt. Grenan.
The accused is expected to appear before the Magistrate Court to answer the charge.
